MOCA certification guarantees that the materials used:

• They do not release contaminants during the freezing process.
• They do not release heavy metals or harmful compounds, as verified by specific laboratory tests involving immersion in acidic or basic solutions.

For this reason, MEC Crios uses only certified materials, ensuring that every Cryo Cabinet intended for the food industry is compliant and safe for direct contact with food.
