Cryogenic Paint Stripping
Cryogenic paint stripping is based on the action of liquid nitrogen at -196°C, which causes the paint to contract far more than the metal substrate it is applied to.
This creates cracks and fissures that allow the paint to be removed with a light mechanical action, leaving the piece perfectly clean and ready to be put back into production.
This method can be applied to frames, grilles, balance beams, chains, skids, and all supports in industrial paint lines, but it is also suitable for radiators, railings, wrought iron furniture, window frames, and car or motorcycle components, including vintage models.

Thermal Paint Stripping
Thermal paint stripping is used to treat metal substrates such as carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, brass, copper, bronze, titanium, and certain aluminum alloys.
The process relies on the use of pyrolytic ovens, operating at temperatures between 350°C and 450°C to thermally decompose the paint.
A post-combustion unit at 850°C ensures complete cleaning of fumes and emissions, complying with environmental regulations and guaranteeing the safety and quality of the treatment.

Mechanical Paint Stripping
Mechanical paint stripping, or sandblasting, is ideal for removing oxidation and paint in preparation for new treatments.
Options include cluster shot blasting for gentle treatment, sandblasting with corundum or baking soda for special alloys and metals, glass blasting for stainless steel, or free-jet blasting in large chambers for bulky pieces.
